At Pacific Asphalt & Maintenance, we offer a straightforward 50/50 payment contract to ensure a smooth and transparent process for our clients. Here’s how it works:

• 50% Deposit: A deposit is due after we receive the signed contract and prior to commencing work. 
• 50% Final Payment: The remaining balance is due upon completion of the project.

To keep your asphalt in top condition and extend its lifespan, we recommend sealcoating every 3-5 years. This protective layer shields your pavement from the elements while also enhancing its appearance.
